Her new comic’s title is „Bald“, but she’s also „bold“: not shying away from hot topics such as feminism, body issues or Eastern European takes on superheroes. Having been graduated from Pilsen, she now resides in Prague.
Only now, her comics are being translated into English, and later this year, even into German. In her native tongue, Czech, she has published much more than there is available outside of her home country. In her graphic novel „Bald“, she found nail-on-the-head images for her co-author’s struggle with a rare disease that causes loss of hair – with all the implications that implies.
